Although I have experience in other areas of law, my practice is focused primarily on representing clients at National Parole Board hearings, in criminal proceedings, and in the Federal Court of Canada.

I do not usually act as counsel in civil actions, but I can refer you to several excellent litigators with experience in suing both federal and provincial governments.

I also regularly represent clients at disciplinary hearings in federal prisons, including Millhaven Institution and Kingston Penitentiary. I regularly travel to Fenbrook Institution and Beaver Creek Institution in Gravenhurst, and I appear in criminal courts in Cobourg, Brighton, Napanee, Kingston, and Brockville.
